Do I have to use the studio?
No, the studio is for your convenience.
So if you choose not to use, just click on ‘Consult our Designer’ and send your graphic/scanned image and we shall get back to you with design options.

Can I design a t-shirt giving the pantone colour shade I want?
Yes, you can. Please add the shade in your notes while sending the design.

Can I give a pantone colour shade for my logo, text or uploaded image?
Yes, you can

Can I design a total of 200 polo’s in a combination of both men’s and women’s t-shirts?
Yes, you can. Design the t-shirt in either men or women’s and give your requirement in your notes.

How would my order be shipped to me?
DHL, our shipping partners would make the shipment to your doorstep. You can track your shipment with tracking number sent to your email address on dispatch.

How fast will I receive my order?
We assure you of :
  • Customised products delivery within 14 days
  • Designed & customised products delivery within 20 days.

Do I have to make any payments or do any paperwork to get the order cleared through customs?
No, all the payments & paperwork will be completed by us prior dispatch.

Do I have to make any payments for taxes etc?
No, the price you see is what you pay to have the t-shirts delivered to your doorstep. All payments would be made by us and DHL prior to delivery.

What if the product I receive is defective?
If any of iLogo’s Products are:

  • Materially flawed
  • Decoration different from design submitted
  • Quality of decoration is below reasonable expectations

We shall refund payment or replace them immediately.

Tips to keep costs down….

  • Quantity matters. The more you order the more you save.
  • White blanks are generally less expensive than coloured blanks.

For Printing

  • Each colour selected on your design product adds to the cost.
  • Each colour printed on each side adds to the cost.

For Embroidery

  • Bigger the size of the image, higher the cost.
  • Each side with embroidery adds to the cost.
